CROSBY Caresse (ed.), PORTFOLIO, Volume Two, Number VI, GREECE The Black Sun Press, Washington DC, 1948. The sixth and final portfolio edited by Caresse Crosby and published by her Black Sun Press. This portfolio collects 31 contributions from modern Greek writers and artists in the fields of prose, poetry, painting, sculpture, architecture, theater and music. Theotokas, Sikelianos, Engonopoulos, Hatzidakis, Ghikas, Moralis, Tarsouli, among many others. Like the other five portfolios, this one consists of loose single and folded sheets printed in a variety of formats and on various paper stocks. Future portfolios on the Negro and the Irish were planned, but Crosby was unable to secure other subscribers and no more were published after this one.
