1912 First islands names ovpt, 13 complete sets of 7 values. Stamps 6VI, 7VI, 9VI, 6IX, 9IX, 7XII and 7XII used, while 3VIII, 4VIII, 7IX and 6XII mint no gum, all the rest mint.
