20l. rose (coarse impression) in bl.15 on domestic parcel post fragment printed "ΔΕΛΤΙΟΝ ΑΠΟΣΤΟΛΗΣ ΔΕΜΑΤΩΝ/ΕΙΣ ΤΟ ΕΣΩΤΕΡΙΚΟΝ", canc. "ΑΙΓΙΟΝ*24.ΑΥΓ.1899". Stamps affixed on reverse of the bulletin. Stamps with razor cuts, according to the circular No77/21 Nov, 1897 the parels post bulletins had to be slit after the delivery of the parcels. Rare. (Hellas 125c).
