These notes were created in 1981 in ZIN, as a reserve war issue. All documents on it were classified as secret. Only in 2023, the documents were revealed to prove that ZIN did prepare these series as a reserve war issue, after Titos death. Multicolored with UV fibers and security thread. (Pick unlisted).
