NGC - AU58
Lot 06604

Silver (0,983) pattern of a medal (1821) from the collection of medals that were engraved by Konrad Lange. Bust of Petrobey Mavromichalis facing left on obverse. Hellas being rescued by two Greek warriors on reverse. This medal was presented at the Numismatic Museum of Athens for the occasion for the 200 years since the Greek Revolution. It was graded as a Mint State coin but was downgraded after it was taken out of the previous slab in order to be exposed. Inside slab by NGC "AU 58". Cert number: 6641993-005. (Chase# 406) & (Wurzb # 6130). 

A metal analysis of this example showed the following results: Ag: 98,3626 Cu: 1,2817 Fe: 0,1364 Pb: 0.2193.
